Following the mandatory CCMS roll out for Section 31 cases in February 2016, the system has now been rolled out for all civil legal aid matters. This means that all new applications are required to be made on the system. However, the LAA have permitted an extension until 8th April for paper application as a transitional period. These have to be recieved by 14th April. Note that any existing paper applications will continue to be dealt with on paper, including any billing of costs.
