- Post Assessment Claim without FAS: 30-36 minutes
- CCMS Notifications = 1 routine letter out or 1 routine letter in for response
- Reporting Outcomes with no costs order or statutory charge: 12 minutes
- Reporting Outcomes with a costs order and/order stat charge: 24 minutes
