  • Non-merits tested application: 30 minutes
  • Merits tested application: 48 minutes
  • Inputting means information onto CCMS: 30 minutes or forms part of client attendance
  • Certificate amendments: 24 to 30 minutes
  • Counsel Allocation on CCMS: 12-18 minutes
  • Post Assessment Claim with FAS: 54-60 minutes
  • Post Assessment Claim without FAS: 30-36 minutes
  • CCMS Notifications = 1 routine letter out or 1 routine letter in for response
  • Reporting Outcomes with no costs order or statutory charge: 12 minutes
  • Reporting Outcomes with a costs order and/order stat charge: 24 minutes
