Having spent over 20 years handling a broad range of personal injury and costs matters for both claimant and defendant clients, Claire developed extensive litigation expertise before specialising exclusively in legal costs in 2012. Claire’s costs practice includes bill drafting, Points of Dispute, Replies to Points of Dispute, costs budgeting and negotiations. She has significant experience across a variety of complex litigation areas, including Industrial Disease, Clinical Negligence, Professional Negligence and General Litigation, providing clients with practical, commercially focused costs support throughout the litigation process.
