Allison has worked in costs since 2000, having begun her career at a small local firm in Cumbria. Over the course of her career, she has gained extensive experience working both in-house as a Costs Draftsman for a large national firm and externally for a full-service costs firm. Allison primarily undertakes receiving party work, with a particular focus on Claimant personal injury and clinical negligence matters. She also has broad experience in costs recovery across general civil litigation, as well as paying party work, costs auditing, and legal aid matters.
